🚀 1. Artemis II Is Go for Launch Tonight — First Crewed Moon Mission in 53 Years

Artemis II launch timing 🌙 "Before Apr 2, 2026" YES @ 75¢

NASA's launch team began loading liquid hydrogen and oxygen into the SLS rocket core stage this morning at Kennedy Space Center, with a two-hour launch window opening at 6:24 PM ET. Weather is 80% favorable — the best of any day in the current April 1–6 window. The "before Apr 2" contract sits at 75¢ despite fueling being underway, which may reflect the reality that technical scrubs during the final countdown are common for first-of-kind missions — this is the first crewed SLS flight ever. The crew — Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen — will fly a 10-day loop around the Moon and back.

NASA crewed Moon landing before 2027 🌕 "Before 2027" YES @ 3¢

A successful Artemis II flyby clears the critical path for Artemis III, but that mission still needs SpaceX's Starship Human Landing System — which hasn't test-launched yet. The "before 2027" Moon landing contract sits at 3¢, reflecting the near-impossible timeline required for SpaceX to deliver HLS on schedule. Separately, SpaceX reportedly filed a confidential IPO with the SEC today, which could accelerate Starship funding — but the HLS timeline math still doesn't work for 2026.

⚖️ 2. Supreme Court Birthright Arguments Going Badly for Trump — Order Collapses to 7¢

Trump birthright citizenship order takes effect 📜 "Before August 2026" YES @ 7¢

The market has halved since this morning. The contract opened the day at 14¢ and has been in freefall as oral arguments progressed, with the bid now at 6¢. Trump is in the gallery — the first sitting president to attend Supreme Court arguments — but the justices appear deeply skeptical of the administration's position that executive action can override the 14th Amendment's citizenship clause. Every lower court has blocked the order, and the market is now pricing near-certainty that the Court will too.

💰 3. OpenAI Closes $122B Round — IPO Clock Is Ticking

OpenAI IPO 📈 "Before Jan 1, 2027" YES @ 57¢

OpenAI's CFO said the raise, anchored by $50B from Amazon, $30B from Nvidia, and $30B from SoftBank, would make "even the largest IPO ever done" look small by comparison. Revenue is at $2B per month with 900 million weekly active users. The "before 2027" IPO contract jumped 18% overnight to 57¢, supported by two concrete signals: Amazon's $35B tranche is contingent on OpenAI going public or achieving AGI, and OpenAI is now making shares available to retail investors through bank channels and ARK Invest ETFs — a move companies make when a public listing is imminent, not hypothetical.

OpenAI or Anthropic IPOs first 🏁 "OpenAI" YES @ 45¢

The head-to-head market still favors Anthropic (63¢ to IPO first vs. OpenAI at 45¢), which looks increasingly mispriced given OpenAI's explicit IPO signaling and the Amazon clause. SpaceX also filed a confidential IPO today — three potential mega-IPOs in the pipeline at once — but OpenAI is the one with a contractual trigger and retail infrastructure already being built. The Claude Code leak, Anthropic's second accidental exposure in five days, doesn't help its own IPO timeline.

🔓 4. Anthropic Leaks Claude Code Source — Two Breaches in Five Days

Claude 5 release 🤖 "Before Jun 1, 2026" YES @ 57¢

Anthropic accidentally shipped a source map file inside Claude Code's npm package, exposing roughly 512,000 lines of TypeScript across 1,900 files — what Fortune, The Register, and Axios all confirmed Anthropic called "a release packaging issue caused by human error, not a security breach." The leak came just five days after a separate CMS misconfiguration exposed details on an unreleased model called Claude Mythos, giving the company two accidental exposures in under a week.

Developers who dug into the code found 44 feature flags for unshipped features and internal codenames, with "Capybara" mapping to a Claude 4.6 variant that Fortune, VentureBeat, and Mindstream all independently confirmed is in active development. The "before June" contract jumped to 57¢ today — the code suggests Claude 5 development is further along than the public roadmap indicated, and two months is a realistic window if the 4.6 generation is already iterating at this pace.

🗳️ 5. Trump Signs Mail-in Voting Executive Order — Legal Challenges Imminent

Proof-of-citizenship voter registration law 🏛️ "Before Jan 1, 2027" YES @ 24¢

Trump signed an EO last night directing agencies to compile citizenship lists and add USPS tracking to mail ballots. Legal experts immediately said the president lacks authority over state election administration. The EO itself doesn't create law — it directs federal agencies to act — so the legislative market (proof-of-citizenship law before 2027) sits at 24¢ with no meaningful movement. The "before May 2026" bracket is effectively dead at 4¢.

🏛️ 6. April Elections: Virginia

Virginia redistricting referendum passes 🗺️ "Passes in 2026" YES @ 89¢

The Virginia redistricting referendum trades at 89¢. If passed, it would allow the state legislature to redraw Virginia's congressional map, potentially flipping multiple House seats. Republicans currently hold a razor-thin House majority.
